Sigma Vox collects absolutely nothing. No audio. No transcripts. No questions. No responses. No usage data. No analytics. No identifiers. No location. Nothing is sent to any server — because Sigma Vox has no server. All processing happens on your device using Apple Intelligence. When you close the app, nothing remains.
We collect no information. Sigma Vox does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data, usage data, or device data.
All processing in Sigma Vox occurs exclusively on your device:
We share no data with any third party — because we collect no data to share. Sigma Vox has no backend infrastructure, no analytics service, no advertising network, and no cloud dependency of any kind.
Sigma Vox does not make network requests during normal operation. The app functions completely in airplane mode. No telemetry, crash reports, or usage data is transmitted over the network.
The only network activity that may occur is initiated by the operating system itself — for example, Apple's Speech framework may optionally use network-based recognition if on-device recognition is unavailable for a specific language. This behavior is controlled entirely by Apple and is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not Sigma Vox's.
Sigma Vox requests the following device permissions:
You may revoke any permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security. Revoking the microphone or speech recognition permission will prevent voice input functionality.
Sigma Vox does not collect data from any user, including children under the age of 13. The app has no account system, no social features, and no content targeted at children. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design — there is nothing to collect.
Sigma Vox stores only your preferences locally on your device — these include your selected input language, knowledge mode setting, and whether Totem Mode or Conversation Mode is enabled. These preferences contain no personal information and can be cleared at any time by deleting the app.
No voice recordings, transcripts, file contents, or interaction history are stored anywhere by Sigma Vox.
Because Sigma Vox collects no personal data, there is no data to access, correct, export, or delete. If you wish to remove the app's locally stored preferences, delete Sigma Vox from your device — this removes all data associated with the app.
If this privacy policy changes in a future version of Sigma Vox, the updated policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. We will not reduce your privacy protections without providing clear notice.
